The article analyzes the sociological results of reform rural territories. State support for agriculture has a positive effect on psychological state residents, their employment and financial situation. opportunity to engage in non-agricultural business changed socio-economic mentality citizens an entrepreneurial model. Among problems that cause most concern half village residents are comfort living, roads territorial availability social infrastructure. This affected some decline birth rate this year, while number families with one child decreased young two three children increased. Setting average local standard living having many still prevailed. A sense injustice increases migration moods among youth negatively affects labor activity. large have not been solved recent years assessment work authorities.
